The Mira Costa Mustangs completed their last game in their home gym this season by defeating the Vista Murrieta Broncos in four sets (25-21, 27-25, 24-26, 25-23) in round one of the open division of the CIF State Regionals. The Mustangs now advance to play Marymount High School in the Regional Semi Finals Saturday, November 13 at 6 p.m. at Marymount High School, 10643 W Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles.
