Mira Costa High School Girls Volleyball

It was a clean sweep for the Mustangs over the Monarchs! On Tuesday, August 29th, the Mira Costa Girls Volleyball program went 9-0 across all three teams vs. top-ranked Mater Dei. Just that morning, MaxPreps (among others) had named the Mater Dei Varsity team the #1 team in the country, with Mira Costa sitting at #2. Hours later, our Costa Varsity team turned that ranking on its head, winning all three sets (25-21, 25-21, 25-19). It was an incredible start to what’s sure to be an amazing season.
